Psychedelic-Assisted Experiences

with AGC coaches every step of the way

Over Three Months of Integrative Wellness

  • Preparation

Spend six weeks prior to traveling to the retreat center working remotely with a skilled integration coach. This time includes an in depth assessment to set goals for the retreat, followed by skill building, personal exploration and intention setting, to ensure you get the most from the psychedelic experience.

  • Psychedelic Experience

Head to beautiful Sayulita, Mexico for your supportive and luxury psychedelic retreat experience. You will be well supervised by layers of medical professionals, while also embracing other healing modalities. Your integration coach is with you every step of the way to bring your pre-retreat intentions into the experience.

  • Integration

Spend six thoughtful weeks post retreat integrating the experience. This is where new insight, emotions and concepts come alive, bringing forward the revelations found at the retreat into your every day life. Your integration coach will hold you close during this process so nothing is lost.

“In a randomized, placebo-controlled, 6-week trial in 104 adults, a 25-mg dose of psilocybin administered with psychological support was associated with a rapid and sustained antidepressant effect, measured as change in depressive symptom scores, compared with active placebo. No serious treatment-emergent adverse events occurred.”
