MAUREEN WHITE, MA
CLINICAL GROWTH COACH
(she/her)
Maureen brings over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, with a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Naropa University, the world’s leading mindfulness-based therapeutic training program. She is a sanctioned meditation instructor and one of only a few American practitioners authorized to teach the Five Wisdom Energies. Over the years, she has guided thousands of clients and students toward unlocking their full potential—with compassion, clarity, and an extraordinary ability to see what others often cannot.
Born to an Irish soccer star and a Wyoming rodeo queen, Maureen’s life was marked by uniqueness from the start. For many years, she struggled with feeling “too sensitive” and out of place, unsure of how to harness her innate perceptiveness. Over time, she discovered that what once felt like a burden was actually her greatest gift: the ability to see deeply into others—their pain, their patterns, and their power.
Today, Maureen uses that gift to help individuals and parents gain insight into themselves and their families. Her rare ability to reflect back a person’s inner truth in an articulate, grounded, and actionable way allows clients to shift not just their perspective—but their lives.
Outside of her clinical and coaching work, Maureen is a retired ski racer, multi-modal artist, avid hiker and reader. She is also a proud mother and the wife of Josh—roles she cherishes above all.
Relentlessly committed and deeply intuitive, Maureen’s mission is simple: to help others see themselves more clearly, reclaim their voice, and never give up on becoming who they’re truly meant to be.
