Josh White, MA
CLINICAL GROWTH COACH
(he/him)
Josh is a sanctioned Zen Master, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Clinical Mental Health Counselor, certified as both an Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Group Psychotherapist. Before co-founding Satori Wellness with Maureen, he built a long and distinguished career in the mental health field—serving as a clinician, executive, and partner at leading outpatient and residential programs, sitting on multiple boards, and presenting nationally on topics related to healing, growth, and mindfulness.
Josh’s journey began early. At just eight years old, growing up in suburban Boston, he was meditating daily and learning from world-renowned mindfulness teachers. That same year, during a heavy snowstorm, he shoveled every walkway on his street for whatever his neighbors could afford—an early sign of both entrepreneurial spirit and service-minded leadership.
Over the years, Josh has become a Zen Roshi and a fourth-degree black belt, launched and led a multi-million dollar business from scratch, and even recorded an album with his favorite band. Yet, his most meaningful accomplishments are personal: nurturing a deep, loving partnership with Maureen and co-raising an extraordinary child together.
Today, Josh brings all of that wisdom—spiritual, clinical, and lived—into his work with parents. His mission is to help families thrive by applying the mindfulness, relational insight, and psychological tools he has honed over three decades of guiding thousands of clients toward greater clarity, connection, and well-being.
